Medford, N.Y. - We are very excited to announce that Eastern Wholesale Fence, LLC has been sold to Center Rock Capital Partners and Leelanau Private Capital working together through the sale of its holding company. In addition, Peter E. Williams Jr. will continue as C.E.O. and will once again own a meaningful stake in Eastern.
We want to thank our former partners, Corinthian Capital Group, for all their help and guidance over the last 3 and a half years. Here is some information on all parties involved in the transaction.
