We are very excited to announce that Eastern Wholesale Fence, LLC has acquired Hudson Fence Supply and related companies based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
 
As an already longtime customer of Eastern, Hudson has been committed to providing their customers a wide offering of quality products and outstanding customer service.
 
Hudson customers will continue to see the same breadth of products and get the same great service from the same team members they have been dealing with all these years. There will also be no change to the business that customers currently buying from Eastern conduct today.  
 
As announced a few weeks ago, Eastern has also invested in a new facility in Salisbury, NC. This facility will ultimately double Eastern’s PVC extrusion capacity, as well as bring with it 140,000 square feet of manufacturing, fabrication, and indoor storage along with 8 acres of paved outdoor storage on rail siding. We anticipate these investments will have a positive impact on lead times in the near future throughout our entire company.
 
Together, Hudson and Eastern will each continue their missions of being premier suppliers of fence products in their regions.
