We are updating the way we manage sales tax exemption certificates and will be utilizing Avalara to help keep your tax documentation current and on file.
Important: Emails from Avalara
You may begin receiving emails from noreply@avalara.com. These are legitimate requests for updated sales tax exemption certificates and are being sent on behalf of Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC. See example of the email at the bottom of this email.

As we transition our records into Avalara, we ask that all customers use the link below to upload their current sales tax exemption certificate(s):

Please ensure that all exemption certificates are made out to Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC.
Please be aware that South Camden Iron Works Inc. and Shoreline Vinyl Systems Inc. have merged with Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC and are no longer valid entities. As a result, certificates made out solely to either of these entities may no longer be accepted as valid exemption documentation.
To ensure your account remains properly documented and your tax-exempt status is not interrupted, please submit an updated certificate reflecting Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC.
Future Certificate Requests
Moving forward, Avalara will automatically send requests for updated exemption certificates approximately 60 days before the current certificate expires. We encourage you to respond promptly to these requests to help ensure your tax-exempt status remains active without interruption.
